Okay, I just got a new iPod for my birthday, and I downloaded the software and everything. Well, I go to iTunes the first day I get it and create a playlist. When I go to transfer it to my iPod, it says the iPod isn't connected. I tried putting it in all of the other USB ports, but still no luck. So I decide to work on it another day. Next day, I go to iTunes and remove that program from my computer, then I go to apple.com and download it again. This time, when I open it up, it gives me an error report before it even opens up. I've searched high and low to try and figure out what's wrong with iTunes, but I've had absolutely no luck with it. Please, if you have any ideas on what may be the problem, do tell! Thanks so much! |
