Hi all,

I have the NAD T773 receiver with Snell speakers (E.5 mk2 Floor.Standing Tower), and 10" subwoofer as well. My question is what will be the best posistion to set up and adjust the subwoofer crossover setting on the NAD receiver, currently it is set to 120 Hz.

Thanks, Daniel

I think you must check the specs that came with your speakers! Check till what the speakers can reach or go down too example 80hz, then set the sub from the NADs crossover setting to output the frequency from 80hz onwards . Usually if your speakers are the typical micro speakers then set the crosover to 120hz or higher, therefore any bass will be redirected to the sub, else if your speakers are towers as mentioned, 80 hz onwards will be good!

If you leave the crossover to high, bass will be redirected both to the speakers and Sub!
