hi all,
i was confused to select the polk psw 202 for my av receiver.(pioneer vsx d 711)

no other sub is not possible for buy because of various circumstances

my dout is,
1.this sub(polk psw202) is 50 watts powered but my receiver is 100watts power,so if i will used this sub then any problem can happen?

2.if possible to use this sub with my receiver ,then it does will produce enough bass for my room?? because it`s power is 50 watts but my room size is 17*17 and 12feet height.

so,50 watts is enough for my room size??

please help to clear the douts,

i think the 50watts is prolly the RMS wattage, prolly not the peak/dynamic wattage. Polk's site says it has a peak/dynamic wattage of 100watts.

If you check polk's website (http://www.polkaudio.com/home/), they had a subwoofer wizard/configurator, where you could input your room size, and it will tell you how many decibels the subwoofer and produce for that room.
