I have a Harman Kardon FL 8385 5 disc CD changer that I picked up real cheap from eBay. It plays discs really well--except for one thing. The transport is NOISY! So noisy that I can't listen to anything at low volume without the sound of the music being drowned out by the mechanism whirring away.

My question is whether or not I can do anything about it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
