The problem is that on my friends computer who has XP installed on his computer can't get this MP3 installed normally like on my computer and on my oher friends the OS finds new hardware and gives the name of the MP3 player, but on my friends who is trying to install this MP3 it says "Found new hardware" then underneath it says "USB Product". Then when you try and install the drivers it says that the software cannot be found and needs to search the internet to find it, but it doesn't do this on mine or my other friends.

I have tried putting other things on his computer to see if it does this with anything else but it doesn't, it always finds appropriate software or hardware for the device, so why is this happening with this MP3 player???

Any help would be gratefully received, thanks in advance.
