I'm getting one of these 2. there both had the same wattage 200RMS. what differences would there be between the 10" and 12"? My room is about 14x22. Using for 80%movies/20% music. How much lower will the 12" go?

The listed difference is 22Hz (PS-1000) vs. 21Hz (PS-1200)

If the price tag is a few hundred dollars difference I'd trust your ears to make the best decision. I would imagine the 10" probably packs a little more punch so if you've got smaller main speakers that might be your best bet. If you've got larger main speakers then go with the 12" provided the price is similar.

the 12 inch was horribly boomy. But the last time I heard it was roughly 3 years ago. With the new series, it may have been taken care of.
