PLEASE, If any kind soul out there has the software to make this thing work, let me know. My granddaughter gave me one and I don't have the software for it. I don't know how to download and upload songs on it. If you know anything about this PLEASE let me know. I'm an old fella and this thing would make me real cool..

I bought a RCA MP3 player 2 months ago and now its frozen. all the screen says is RCA it wont even charge and it charges through my computer. what should i do?
