My transistor amp is rated at 200 watts RMS into 8 ohms.What would the output be into 14 ohms ?

What make and model of amp, Gary?
The amp is possibly overrated, but no matter, watts are a made up calculation in most cases, like mine.
Any normal amp rated at 200w will drive a 14ohm load with no problems, regardless of make.
Sound quality is up to you, of course.
