can someone please answer this question for me. i have a bose acou. 15 and it is great, but i would like more base out of my system. is it possible to hook two subs to one reciever. and if you can will it sound bad. any help would be great.

Yes, you can hook more than one sub up to your receiver and is especially easy if they are powered and take a line level in. Just split the subwoofer out signal with spltter cable and feed each line to the subs. If they aren't powered you will have to be careful in that you will effect the total ohm rating. You can run them parallel if your amp can handle it or be safe and go serial/daisy chain.
