Everything was working great until I downloaded the update for Musicmatch software. Now I can't get my computer to recognize the Lyra in order to change the music on it. I have removed all the software and reloaded from the CD but the Lyra is still not being recognized. Musicmatch says to download a plugin. I did that and nothing. I went to Windows Media Player and it doesn't find the Lyra. RCA doesn't have a support phone number that I can find, just an email link. I want some answers. Anybody got any suggestions?

I finally got a phone number for customer service and after several minutes of confusing discussion, was told to format the player. Apparently, something was corrupted on the player and after formatting, I was able to access it through MusicMatch and copy music files to it.
