I got as far as completing synchronization and it had the playlist complete on the right side of the windows media player. The next step according to the instructions was to disconnect device from computer but says 'Safely remove your device by clicking (some strange icon I can't make out or find) from the task tray'.
After a while of not finding that icon to click, I disconnected it anyway and there is NO MUSIC on the player...Empty!. I plugged it back to the computer and it re-synched the playlist, still leading me to believe it was complete. But still, nothing. Why?
I have Windows XP and the newest Windows media player.
