Hi to everyone. I have been looking at ceiling mounted surround speakers they seem a bit expensive for what you get, I was wondering if you could use car speakers. You can get really good quallity even 3 way speakers for abuot half the price. I was only thinking of getting 2 way speakers , if any one could help please let me know. Regards Neville |

Neville, yes you could. With seperats, you could build in ceiling, but not before a bunch of legwork. Knowing the t/s numbers of the would help a lot, after that there are a lot of calculators to use to figgur out the space and electris. Question, where would you vent your port? Better off with 6 1/2" fullrange and a sub. I tried it 20 yrs ago. Cheers |
