Why don't you go to Nhattao maket to find Marantz PM80 for your speaker. That's a good combo |

Respected Sir, It is my first time to contact with you for some hifi informations.... I have B&W 602-s3 speakers on Empire speaker stands 18" hieght, connected with german speakers cables OHEALBACH 6mm pure copper,Philips cd player LHH-300 and Marantz Amp. PM-80, interconanction with same German.I used to listen semi-classic musics of south asia where vocal is preffered.My room size is 12X11 feet , Sir kindly explian me either this all combinations are correct or I look something else for my speakers. because i have an opportunity fot Rotel RA-971mkII amplifier. Have an amplifier (bass guitar) rated at 200w @ 4 ohms. What problems, if any, could result if I try to drive a speaker cabinet rated at 400w RMS, 800W peak (4 ohms). If a problem, what is a good "rule of thumb" as to how high over the amplifier rating should the speaker rating be without invited problems? Thank you
