i have (2) dual 4 ohm voice coil speakers with rms of 400 watts each sub (200 per coil) 800 watts peak per sub.these speakers can be wired for a 2 ohm load, 8 ohm load or dual 4 ohm load per speaker.
my amp is a 4 channel amp capable of 110 watts x4 at a 4 ohm load, 215 watts x4 at a 2 ohm load or a 425 watts bridged x2 at a 4 ohm.

my ? is will a DVC subs sound better having a single channel into each coil ( 110 x4 / 4 ohm output into 4ohm load 2 per speaker at 110 watts each channel)- meanindg 4 indv. channels into the 4 indiv. coils all at 4 ohm
or would it be better to wire the subs for a 8 ohm load and have my amp bridded for a 425 watts x2 channels 4 ohm mono - meaning amp at 2 channels 4ohm 425 watts per channel and subs at a 8 ohm load each

anytime you can use individual channels it is
better.

and if anytime you can avoid running speakers/voice coils in series.

it's preferred to run speakers in parelell verse series.

so run the 4 channels to each of the speakers coils.

So each each coil will have its own channel? Two channels per sub? Instead of briding two coils for one channel?

yes but you need to run the same signal to the
same two voice coils of each speaker.

if you different tones in one voice cail than you
do the other. one will tell the speaker to do one
thing and the other will tell it to do something
else and that does not work.
