Hi, I have bose 123 entertainment center , my son did some thing with dvd tray and it won't go inside it stays out all the time. this is a expensive system , its probably cost me fortunate to fix it . I am in burlington ontario i am not taking it to the place bose recomended they might change the whole dvd player for such small problem. any suggestion any help . thank you
