which should i use for the lower frequency? the 640 or the 540? - the manual says use the more powerful amp for the bass, do you guys agree?

I would follow the manual to begin listening for a reference. If you then want to switch the pair of amps to other functions, you'll know what you had according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

need advise on how to run two amps. one alani 800w 4 channel. and one 1100w alani. do i connect amp to amp by bypass rca? or split from head unit and rca sepratly?
