I need some help with my player. I cant turn it on but i can hook up the usb and change all the songs the battery is good so its not that lol. If anyone has had this problem before please post!!!

check if the player is locked.

my lyra gets stuck on the RCA screan and wont go any farther then that. i have tried restarting it and it dosent do anything if any one has the same problem or knows HOW to fix it plz tell me it is buging the crap out of me.
