I just bought a Micromega Stage 3 on Ebay for $300 in mint condition. I remember that these were very highly rated in the 1990's in Stereophile, were expensive, and looked cool. However, the transport is not in demand now in any of the Stage series since the laser is prone to jam. Fixes consisting of shaking the player up and down, and opening and lubricating it have been mentioned. In general, this brand is not considered a "classic", but looks extremely euro-cool, and is one of those things that sounds great to everyone but "experts" By the way, there are web sites that exist on how to fix the laser skipping or jamming through lubrication, and audio asylum has posts on this.
