im looking for the new hometheather set
i have stereo set of rotel already
now i want to look for the AV set
U guy pls help me to select between nad preamp163 and rotel preamp1068 which has 7 channal
which one have more feature?????

Don't bother with a preamp if you don't use it to listen to DVD-A or SACD. Get a receiver for your home theater instead. A Harman Kardon or Denon is fine. Any of these receivers has more features than both the NAD and Rotel.

Somebody could advise me where to service preamplifier Adcom GTF 500 II. Left channel does not work. I am in the east coast (Maryland)
