Hi,
I just got a new Onkyo 602B and I am slowly trying to build an entire Home Theater System.
As of know , I have only 2 JBL E30 front speakers and a Polk Cs2 Center Channel..
After all the connections , I have noticed that I have turn the Volume on the receiver all the way to 70 to get some decent output...
is this normal ?
I tried this with the DVD and also with my ipod to the Audio In.
I have to turn the dial all the way to 70ish to get some volume. It is barely audible at 50-60..I am sure theres something missing..

anybody can throw some light ?

thanks
Pat

yes it's normal. Don't pay attention to the numbers on the screen, crank it up as high as you need up until you start hearing distortion coming out of the speakers.
