I used my Harman Kardon AVR 220 to provide some music for a friends party. It performed flawlessly. I brought it back home and reinstalled. I'm very sure I wired it back up correctly. When I turn it on it turns itself back off in about 3 seconds. Like thermal overload or something. I tried disconnecting everything but it still turns back off. Any Ideas? |

Do you get a message before it turns off or does it simply shut off? It sounds like the protect circuit is fried or something. Let it cool down for a while and give it a shot in a day or so. If anything else, bring it in to a service shop. |

Not sure where you mean get a message. I did not have it connected to the tv monitor connection. It sat in a closet for about a month before I got around to putting it back in my ent. center. For what it is worth I used the same speakers at the party(polk monitor series). BTW Thanks for the help, and hello to all(forgot that in first post). |
