Well, I noticed that in the back of my sub it sais that my satelite speakers have a impedance of 4.8 OHMS and on the back of my reciever it sais "impedance use 8-16 OHMS" so what does that mean exacly? Could it damage my speakers(or receaver) or do I loose power? Can someone explain these things to me, I'd really appreciate it.

D - The answer would be pretty redundant of the same answers that have been posted here dozens of times. I would suggest you run through some of the posts which have dealt with this issue. Most are under the "Receivers" and "Speakers" sections of the forum. In short, there is no one right answer to your question as each case of speaker/receiver interface is going to be different than another case. If you are hearing problems, I would suggest you investigate a solution to the electrical interface.
