Why do you want to do this? And, are you planning to use them as free standing speakers?

I would buy a pre-assembled box from Madisound or Parts Express and let them guide you with the rest. Your speakers have all the electronics required; there is no need for a crossover. Otherwise, buy a book on speaker design and choose what sort of enclosure you want to build; sealed, ported, horn loaded, etc. If you are looking to do this on the cheap, a 1.5 cubic foot box of any dimensions which give you that internal volume will be suficient. |
