I have a budget around 3-3.5k to spend on speakers in a dedicated home theater. I have the Denon's above (with small Rotel Amp - 1066) and I am looking for a great set of speakers (7.1 with floors in front). I have listened to B&W603's (good for movies, not as for music), Monitor-Gold (sound great, but over my budget), Polks RTi15 (sounded great...in CC) and about to listen to Atlantic Technologies 4200's. Predominantely for movies (DVD, HDTV) and some music..80/20 rule. Looking for sound advice. Thanks. |

You should check out www.bgcorp.com. Great speakers at a great price. They will make your music and your movies both sound absolutely FABULOUS! Making both the movies and music sound wonderful is difficult but these speakers do both with an extremely fast, accurate and very realistic sound. BG speakers produce a sonic image as large or larger than the video image being watched. At least audition the BG Corp speakers before you make your final decision. |
