I got my TX-NR801 for $629 brand new. The 801 is networkable and has more features. |

I looked at those, but more impreesed with the sr-702. It sounds great in circuit city matched with Infinity Primus speakers. |

You can get the 702 from jandr.com for $599 currently. As for whether it is good for the money, only you can say. |

Crutchfield has it for $699 w/ an addl. 10% off if I order my speakers through them. It sounded pretty great in CC, and THX was nice feature. Thanks for your input. |

I agree with Dale. Actually I saw the 702 for $400 at ecost.com, though it might've been a refurb. However I'd put a $228 all-digital Panasonic sa-xr55 up against any of those Onkyos any day. |
