Hey Guys! I'm hoping you can give me some advice. I recently sold my main Pioneer floor speakers and I am looking for a pair of bookshelf speakers to replace them and as well as a sub. I have Pioneer surrounds, center and reciever but I'm not opposed to other brands.

My budget is around $500-$600 for the sub and bookselfs. What would be your recommendations? Any brands to steer toward or away from?

I have a listening room 19' x 13' w/18' ceiling. One side of the room which will be behind the listening positon (in back of) is 19' long is pretty much all windows. What can I do accoustically to that room to make my speakers perform like they should?
