I'm just getting into somewhat serious home audio (ie seperates), and I'm looking for a good multi-channel amp.

Right now I have a sony ta-e9000es preamp and am looking for a good amp.

I'm currently considering models such as the carver a705x, sony ta-n9000es, and parasound hca-855a.

My question is in regards to two other amps, firstly I have come across an amp that I have never heard of before, the owner describes it as and a/d/s ph6, 6 channels, 125 wpc. Anyone have any more info on this amp or opinions about it?

Also, what do yall think about the adcom gfa-7400? (5 x 100w)?

My main use will be listening to music, but I want to be set up to watch movies as well.
