I bought an mp3 player and I am failing to download music from a cd onto it. i have tried to use real player as well as windows media player. my computer does recognise the mp3 player but the music programmes do not. I have windows Xp. Help! |

helP! i bumped my mp3 and pressed something i didnt mean too. now it plays the music loud and up front but the singer and words are in the backround and i can barely hear them. wut happened?? |

Can someone help me w/ my MP3 Player..it's a Zen Nano Plus..it's suppose to hold up to 500 songs and it's only letting me put about 115 on..I really need help..what do I do? |
