I have a 400 watt Jensen AMP. It worked fine for 6months then i went into protect mode when turned up. If I turned the volume down it would work tell i turned it up. Now if i evern turn on the stereo it goes right to protect mode even with the amp turned as low as it can go. I have the LPF an HPF turned down all they way and the bass boosts turned off and it. I dont no whats wrong or how to go about fixing it. Any help would be really great thanks

check all your connections and make sure that you have no shorted wires. What is the resistance on your speakers, 4 ohm/8 ohm? Check the specs on your amp if it can handle the speakers, also check if your amp is over heating and if it is vented properly, if it is fan cooled, check the fan.
good luck
