If you have the opportunity to hear it for yourself that would be preferable. If given a choice I prefer the NAD for a number of reasons including the effortless power and very musical sound. Rotel is often more detailed in the upper midrange but the NAD just gets music right.

The Rotel is a little mechanical sounding, and can get fatiging to listen to.

New 352 owner here and very pleased. Paired with Monitor Audio S6 and NAD 542 CDP. For the money, it is a solid piece of equipment. I did not compare it to Rotel, but did compare to Arcam. Arcam was excellent and had a phono stage, but was a lot more money and I was not certain I could hear that big a difference.

How about Nad372? Will this be much hugely better than 352 and ra03?
