Since there seems to be so many Nad owners here, hopefully I'll be able to get some much needed help.

I just bought a T742. Sound quality is fantastic. Features aren't. My biggest complaint is that in 2 channel stereo, my front speakers are forced to play full range even when configured to "small". I realize that the analog 5.1 input always stays analog and therefore doesn't have any bass management options, but is that the case with all of the 2 channel analog inputs too? I really don't want my sub and my mains both reproducing the bass when listening to music.

I'm considering returning it and getting an HK avr 325 or 330, but the general consensus here is that the HK's sound quality is a notch below the Nad.

Can anybody shed some light on the bass management issue?
