Hi,
I bought a pioneer reciever and i have got 2 360 watt speaker and i was wondering if i could use them on my 120x5 watt amp (580watt max)
Would the speakers wear out my amp or not?

The Watt rating is not very important here. What is the impedence of the speakers? (4, 6 or 8 ohms)

If 8 ohms, no problem.

Lower? Might be a problem for the receiver.

Nothing wrong with lower Ohms if you receiver can handle it. It should be stated in the documentation or right around the speakers themselves.
