I have an Onkyo Home Theater system and just recently the surround sound quit working when in DVD mode. I'm a technical illiterate and have no idea what could be wrong. I have seen that when in the DVD mode the display now says "Multich". When I push the "Surround" button to adjust the type audio I want, ie Neo Cinema, PL II Music, etc, the display says "Tone On". When pushing other adjustment buttons it says "Multich Engadged" it seems like the whole panel is froze and I can only get stereo. How can I get this "Multich" setting off my system and start getting the surround sound I paid for? Any ideas?
