Any input on what CD's to use for testing audio systems specifically for low midrange and base reproduction?

Use your own music. A good mix of different types, and some of the cd's you play most often.

If you are only concerned with low mids and bass, I think some stores sell some cd's that have electronic deep bass. They usually have pretty stupid names like bass mechanix or something.
