My HK receiver has a pre-out section. I want to use the pre-out to connect to my Crown XLS amp input. The problem I run into is the connection on the pre-out receiver is RCA type connector and the connector on the Crown amp is a XLR type connector. Is it a good ideal that I convert the RCA to XLR with an adapter then connect to the amp? Does the source signal will be decrease?
