More zones than I have rooms.
The closest model I can find for this is the 5805 which is selling for $6k. This is a pretty good price if someone wants to jump on it. I actually like the layout of the ports in the back much more than my Marantz, less clutter |

I'd definitely get separates for that price. Heck you can get 7 Outlaw 200 monoblocks plus a nice pre-amp for the same price and I'd bet that despite fewer bells and whistles the sound would blow away the Denon. |

I know lots of bells and whistles you'd probably never use.
What has been your experience with the separates? What can you point to for sure and what impressions have you gotten from the separates? |
