NO. This is one of those technologies that's basically a wonderful marketing gimmick, but very spotty in real life. If you buy some, make sure you can return them for a refund easily. |

Wireless speakers which operate at 900mHz will offer the best range and clarity of reception. If you are looking for surround speakers or outdoor speakers, 900mHz should provide the quality you need. This is the same frequency many cordless phones operate at so there is less chance for drop out and intrusions from outside sources. You still have to locate the receiver portion of the speakers near an AC outlet and so the speakers are not completely wireless. A return policy would be beneficial since wireless speakers don't always do what the buyer had hoped.
