Hi, I am looking into purchasing an HTS for my apartment and was wondering what a good choice was. It can be home theatre in a box or combination of speakers/reciever, just needing some ideas. I am looking for small size and good sound quality, (great sound quality if possible, I find myself falling into the audiophile category... :o\) |

If you are looking for small size, big sound and good value, you can't really do better than Orb Audio. They sell direct and for about $1,000 you can get a 5.1 or 6.1 surround, with DVD/CD/Receiver, that sounds better than systems twice the price. Or you can just get speakers from them for $749 and add any $250 receiver (I recommend you find a model on it's way out like the Onkyo 602 and get a $350 receiver on sale for $250 if you are going to go that route) |
