For some reason when playing 12 inch albums at 33rpm the arm decides to lift just before thl last track has finished. this is a new problem and the manual offers no posible explanation

It's possible the automatic mechanism has gotten out of sync. Unplug the table from the AC outlet. Hold the tonearm lightly and let it move across the record as you give the platter a few quick, fast spins. Do not allow the tonearm to touch the record or platter surface while doing this. If this doesn't solve the problem checked for a kinked cable somewhere in the vicinty of the tonearm base.
