It's time to replace my aging AudioSource surround processor. I really like my JVC integrated amp- Pioneer power amp set up, so I'd like just the processor, if such a beast is available. Any suggestions out there? Thanks! |

Most quality separate surround processors are expensive, because most people that buy separates new are paying medium big to very big dollars. Since it sounds like you don't want to spend much money, I would look at audiogon.com in the classified surround processor section and see what is available. You may find a more recent AudioSource or other brand you like. You can also try ebay.

Thanks! I went to Audiogon and found 3 items I'm interested in, sent notes to all three and just waiting for replies! Thanks again, Brock |

I would recommend the Sony SDP-E800. It has 3 optical inputs one analog, features Dolby Digital and other configs and it was about $300 NEW 3+ years ago. try ebay |
