Hi there,

I need to wire 4 speakers to my amp (2 per channel), but I dont want to daisy-chain them. I have a Yamaha P3500S amp and the 4 speakers are 8ohm each. Basically I need a diagram or something as Im not too sure how to connect 4 cables to the back of the amp (there are speakon and 1/4" Jack outputs per channel).
As far as I'm aware it is not possible to plug 1 speaker into the jack o/p and the other speaker into the speakon o/p... So how do you do it?

Another option I have is to put an electrical junction box just after the amp and split the signal then.

Any comments or suggestions would be helpful!

Thanks
Nikki

According to the specs, the amp also has basic 5 way, screw down speaker terminals. Use them and wire the speakers in parallel (two speaker cables on right and two on left).
