Hello,

I have been using my electric guitar through a Marshall 10 Watt Amp (It sounds much more than that!). I recently bought an Amp Modeller (Behringer V-Amp 2) which simulates different Guitar Amps. It's outputs are Line Level. After running this through the Marshall amp, it sounds dreadful. As far as I'm aware, this is because the Marshall Amp is adding its own "distinctive" sound to it so the Amp simulations just sound a mess.

Would it be ok to run the Amp Modeller through a Hi-Fi amp as it provides a "natural" tone?

Thanks in advance
