Hey all,
Great forum you have here. I'm quite new to turntables, and I recently acquired a 1976(ish) Marantz 6100. I am looking to upgrade the cartridge, but I really don't know what to get. I am almost positive that the tone arm takes a p-mount. I know great cartridges can go for much more, but I am looking to stay under $50 for a fairly decent sound. Does anything like this exist? Any recommendations? Thanks so much! |

I heard recommedations for either the Grado Black or the Ortofon OMP3. Any experience with these vs. each other? |
