Try EI700625%2C00.html#upgrades,http://www.rca.com/content/viewdetail/1,,EI700625,00 .html#upgrades. This site has the firmware. It may or may not work. I formatted mine and now it won't work. I called tech support and they aren't too technical at all so if it doesn't work I dunno what to say. If you find something that work's drop a line cause I got the same problem.
