I am looking to buy a set of floor standing mains for my Home Theatre setup, which already includes a sub-woofer. Canadian speakers seem the best value for those of us in the frozen north. I have seen reviews of PSB (5T), Paradigm (Monitor 11), Athena (SF2) and Energy (C3). Any advice on best choice among these or other solutions would be much appreciated. |

Hi George, I got the infinity interlude IL60's off of ebay from Harmon Audio, the manufacturer, and they have a 5 year warranty, two towers each with a 12" 500W sub. They sound awesome. I paid $630 net, but tax was extra and shipping was $84. They retailed for almost $2000 when new, so I got a killer deal. They list a few of these and the IL50's each week and most bidders are getting the IL60's for just about $600-$650. Worth a look at the Harmon Audio store on ebay. |
