Hello, I have an Adcom GTP-500II w/ a problem. When i turn the unit on, the tuner plays fine for a while then kicks out. It stays dead for a random length of time (5-10 minutes) then kicks back in and is fine. The whole process repeats itself often. Signal strength is perfect when it plays, then drops to zero when it kicks out. I can still play CDs when the tuner dies. Any tips?

Try disconnecting the unit, unplugging it, and looking inside ot for any visible obvious problems (wire disconnected, etc.). If you can't find anything, I'd say take it or ship it to a technician.
I have to ship my NAD Integrated amp to someone one of these days to be spruced up.
