I am looking at the Yamaha RX-V2500 receiver. I have a couple of quick questions for those that have this receiver or know the answers:
1. Currently my video display only has S-video. Does the 2500 do composite to s-video upconvert, as well as s-video to composite down-convert? I am currently testing a Denon 3805, and this feature works flawlessly (returning Denon for various reasons).
2. Can the Zone 2 output audio AND video from a different source than the main source? I like to video capture, and would like to use Zone 2 to direct the satellite signal to my video capture device (which would be hooked up to Zone 2 L/R audio and S-video), while I watch a DVD on the main system?
