I have an Elite bsx-56txi and I love it except it started popping such as a large power amp turning on with any swith in surround mode or source selection. I have 2 klipsch 12 subs with a y adaptor connected through the preamp out sub terminal. It does the popping noise with either of them connected alone also. Has anyone had this happen or have a solution with out sending it back.

Not to avoid your question, but I am considering the same unit for my home system. I was wondering if you compared it to the Yamaha 2500 & Denon 3805 because i cannot find any reviews on the 56 which is what I have been leaning towards. |
