Hello,
I have a pair of AT15 Cerwin Vega speakers that are 4 ohm. Can anyone recommend a reciever to drive them? I had them hooked up to an 8 ohm receiver in the past, and I know they never put out the sound they are capable of. I am not savy in this area, so any advice given would be most certainly appreciated.

In short, any high(er) end receiver from the various mass market companies (Denon, Yamaha, etc.) should do the trick.

Hey Spyder,

Im not familiar with the AT15s, but I have a set of old CV D-9s that are listed as being rated at 4-8ohms. I drive them with a new Yamaharx-v2500 and they do extremely well.

I have no clue about the AT15s though. You have a link with info on them?? I tried to google them up, and couldnt find much info. Im a little curious what they are. From the looks of the model number, I think they're probably similar.
