hi, im about to buy a computer to download my cds to. i dont have models rigth know but my home system is made up by yamaha natura sound amplifier and home theater, onkyo 5 cd player, yamaha speakers for the ht. celestion towers for music listening. and a freespace from bose for party.
ive conected everithing either opticaly for sound (except speakers) and video in separated color mode or svideo.
i want to connect the computer to my system but i would like to keep it optical. and no connect it thru the headphone output or rca.
help

either buy the xitel pro hifi or a high end sound card like SB audigy2 NX. both have digital coax and optical outputs.
